Each time you sit down to a meal tell yourself that you are slim, fit and healthy.
Each time you feel in the slightest bit full whilst you are eating tell yourself that you are slim, fit and healthy.
All day long, think like someone that is slim, fit and healthy.
Over a very short space of time you will start to act like someone that is slim, fit and healthy and this will lead on to you believing that you are slim, fit and healthy as you see the results of your new thought processes.
The final stage of this process is surely that you will become slim, fit and healthy. And that really is as simple as I can make your diet programme.
